Labour Councillor (Westminister, London) Josephine Ohene-Djan –Convicted and sentenced to 120 hours of community service in 2005 for committing £12,000 worth of housing benefit fraud. Most defendants convicted of fraud on such a large scale would expect to face a short prison sentence.
