The 2004 local elections in Reading/Berkshire are currently the subject of a police probe after evidence of postal vote fraud was uncovered. The investigation centres on the towns Redlands ward, and Labours winning candidates, Haji Faraz Khan, Peter Kayes, and Deputy Mayor Riaz Chaudri.
