Lib-Dem Councillor (Preston, Lancashire) Bill Chadwick was charged in 2003 with making an indecent photograph of a child as well as inciting another man to commit the kidnap, rape, torture, and murder of a schoolgirl. Eventually convicted on 18 counts of making indecent images of children. Chadwick’s homosexual lover, Alan Valentine, is also a Lib-Dem councillor who has since committed suicide. http://tinyurl.com/yp63gs
