Tory Party Councillor (Bradford, Yorkshire) Reis Khan was arrested in 2005 following long running police investigation into postal vote fraud at the 2005 General Election. Khan is the second Bradford Tory councillor to be held on suspicion of ballot-rigging in 2005, following the previous arrest of Councillor Jamshed Khan, after it emerged that 13 postal vote applications had been received for his home.
